Supporting Your Young Athlete’s Success
At Big Spring Youth Soccer Association, we are committed to providing a safe, positive, and respectful environment for all players, coaches, referees, and spectators. To uphold the integrity of the game and ensure youth sports remain a healthy experience for everyone involved, BSYSA enforces a Zero Tolerance Policy.
This policy applies to all games, practices, and team-related events.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Big Spring Youth Soccer Association operates under a set of bylaws that guide how we run our club — from board leadership and elections to financial decisions and program policies.
Our bylaws ensure transparency, accountability, and consistency in everything we do, so our members and families can trust the process behind the programs we provide.
Code of Conduct
BSYSA believes youth sports should be positive, inclusive, and developmentally focused. Our Code of Conduct outlines the expectations we hold for everyone involved — players, coaches, parents, referees, and spectators.
By participating in BSYSA programs, you agree to uphold these standards and contribute to a respectful and supportive soccer environment.
